Subtle Essence moisturizers are unique and can't be compared with any other product on the market. They are light, and free of water, petro by-products, synthetic oils, paraben and color - all of which can be irritating to the skin. The more you use it, the less you'll need because our moisturizers actually penetrate to treat your dry skin.
For best results, apply your moisturizers & oils immediately after bathing. When the skin is moist, it readily absorbs natural butters & oils, resulting in soft, smooth, moisturized skin all day long!
Shea Facts: Your Shea Butter should begin melting on the skin upon contact. If you have difficulty spreading your Shea Butter, its has either been exposed too long or its old and is quickly losing its healing qualities. Keep your Shea in a sealed container at all times and avoid heat, as it will begin to melt. If that happens, its okay, just pop it in refrigerator for a few moments, then remove.
If your body butter appears to melts, its okay. Just put it in the refrigerator for 10 minute and stir before using. The texture may change, but the healing qualities remain the same! To avoid the transfer of bacteria from the finger/under the nail, wash your hands before removing creams & butters or use spoon/spatula.
